I'm uploading it because I think a lot of people are looking for it.
The CSV file is at the bottom of the page.
This is the original source. This information is from the National Official Information Portal.
The data format is UTM-K.

A TXT file is provided for each region. This is quite old information.
In the case of the Korean Peninsula, perhaps due to size, only IMG files are provided.
When I inquired, it seemed to only open with Qgis, and when I opened it, pictures and data like this appeared.
It was inconvenient because it seemed like I couldn't check the numerical data all the way through, so I just extracted it.
The file is CSV, and the data after unzipping is large (2GB), so it does not open well in Excel, and of course it does not open in Notepad.
I used Notepad++. Fortunately, it opened quickly.
I am thinking about ways to reduce the capacity, and if I create data with reduced capacity, I will upload additional data.
The file is large so you can download it through Google Drive.
Even when compressed, it is 500MB.
